Nursery conveyor belts

We have always made multiple types of conveyor belts for nurseries, either for connecting our machinery within a plant or as true conveyor lines, with lengths varying from a few dozen, to hundreds of meters.

The types of the various belt available differ in terms of construction, lengths and widths available:

  • Model NT2: Belt with aluminum frame with modular system, simple and easy to handle, for transporting pots or crates. Each module is motorized and available in various lengths. A tension compensator is inserted on the frame to ensure its performance over time.The speed is fixed. A version with mechanical speed variator is available upon request.
  • Model NT3: Conveyor with aluminum frame with modular system, simple and easy to handle, for transporting trays. It differs from the NT2 model in that it is wider (300 mm vs. 180 mm).
    Each module is motorized and available in various lengths. A tension compensator is inserted on the frame to ensure its performance over time.The speed is fixed. A version with mechanical speed variator is available upon request.

  • Model NS: This is the most widely used because of its versatility and sturdiness. It is suitable for transporting both pots (inside planter boxes) and crates.The frame is made of painted steel and available in widths from 315 mm up to 700 mm.It is equipped with feet as standard, but wheels can also be installed upon request.For widths above 460 mm, the speed is electrically adjustable by inverter.All NS series belts can be made in stainless steel and, upon request, also in hygienic design.
