The Transplanter TP-M is an electronically controlled transplanting machine for performing transplanting on cassettes, which can be equipped with up to 16 motorized grippers.
The transplanter has an easy and intuitive interface on a 7″ color touch screen where a whole range of parameters can be set, including: working speed, picking and transplanting depth, seedling height and side picking.
Thanks to its versatility, the transplanter TP-M can easily adapt to almost any container, both on the picking and depositing side, and, thanks to its double-movement gripping technology (needles first enter the root ball and then close) it guarantees a high transplanting rate and great respect for plant integrity.
The consumable parts such as needles and their guides, are easily replaceable, thus ensuring easy maintenance of the gripper.
The transplanter can be combined in-line with filler or potting systems, including those already owned by the customer.
