Destacker A5-DC5-DV7-DV7-3

Pneumatic destacker with electronic management designed for the insertion of punnets or thermoformed pots inside the appropriate trays.

The trays are unstacked in the first station, they continue on the conveyor belt towards the second and third where the special mechanism deposits the pots.

The presence of 2 pot destacking stations allows:

• A greater speed if the same pots are used
• To pre-set the machine on 2 different sizes if 2 different pots are used in one’s production cycle
• To deposit the same pots in trays with staggered holes.

For the loading phase, the machine can be combined with the NP loading belt, while at the outlet it can be connected directly to seeding or transplanting lines.
