3-roller electronic seeder, built on the basis of the high-performance and versatile LR800. Equipped as standard with Mitsubishi Electric® PLC, inverter, driver and touch screen.
A 3-roller version of the LR800, this seeder can be integrated into any line on a par with other seeders.
In the version shown, it is inserted inside a seeding line, combined with the mod. RC800 filler and mod. GRR roller vermiculite cover.
The simultaneous presence of 3 drums makes the LR803 the most suitable machine for managing, in the same sowing cycle, seeds of different sizes which therefore require different drums.
The other important advantage is the possibility of always being able to manage trays with staggered holes, regardless of the number of holes present along the length of the tray.
According to the customer’s needs, it can then also operate with a single roller or 2 rollers. All this can be managed directly from the touch screen.
The impression system is with a movable plate, that is, this one moves together with the container for a section of its advancement: this has the great advantage of combining the peculiar characteristics of the plate impression (modulability and precision) with a speed of 800 containers per hour.
The LR803 are equipped, on the seed drum, with a brushless motor with independent speed from that of the belt to ensure maximum precision and modulation of the work cycle.
The hard-anodized aluminum sowing drums can be with 10 or 20 slots.
Stainless steel inserts are used for the smallest drilling diameters.
As a whole, the line has been designed with a focus on ergonomics and maximum containment of the time required to perform the routine operations involving seeding cycles.
Roller, plate and seed changes are therefore intuitive and fast, while recipe data, managed by PLCs are easily manageable at all times.
Connectivity with company servers, is available with connection via Modbus TCP® or OPC UA ® protocols, among other options.
