Latest generation transplanters suitable for performing transplanting operations on trays, pots and gutters.
It can be equipped with up to 24 grippers with a capacity of up to 900 plants/hour per gripper.
All functions are managed by the 10” touch screen, where, through simple and intuitive controls, it is possible to create new programs or modify various settings.
Grippers are all individually equipped with their own movement cylinder and brushless motor, which guarantees low power consumption and durability.
As with other Da Ros transplanters, the picking phase is done with double movement (needles first enter into the plug and then grab it) ensuring a high transplanting speed and no stress or damages to plants.
Consumable parts, such as the gripper needles and their guides, are easily replaceable by the operator, thus ensuring easy and quick maintenance.
Upon request, the TP-24 transplanter can be equipped with:
– Air blower for cleaning the grippers during the working phase
– Tank for disinfection liquid to sanitize needles during the process automatically
– Magnetic rack for storing unused grippers.
The transplanter provides in its configuration both infeed and outfeed belts and can be easily installed in line with any existing filling or potting machine.
