Compact container washer made entirely of stainless steel, suitable for washing and sanitizing treatment of polystyrene, rigid plastic and thermoformed crates or containers.
Containers are manually inserted and advance inside the machine in an upright position, lying on their side, and are washed with both fixed and rotating nozzles on both sides.
The filter system is inside the machine structure and is easily removed and cleaned.
The water used for washing is recovered, filtered and recycled: its consumption is therefore extremely low. Additional rinsing with mains water can still be provided at the customer’s option.
The LC-V can operate either in stand-alone mode and thus include only the washing and drying phases, or in combination with the treatment module and thus also include the disinfection phase.
